One of the special features of this hotel is a very beautiful lobby located 6.5 meters up from the sea level and facing it. the ceiling of the lobby is equal level with the third floor and is made of glass only in a way that the Caspian sea beautiful sky can be easily been seen, not only from inside
the lobby but also from the corridors, rooms and the suites and this gives a natural light to them. The ground floor located 2.5 meters up from the sea level has been designed as the parking lot. The various restaurants with a view of the sea, multi purpose hall (Cinema, theatre…), Iranian break fast eating-place, and the indoors-magnificent architecture of this complex are gorgeous and attractive.

A waterfall from the theatre halls roof down to the lobby floor, decorated with natural colorful stones and the green sides of the waterfall, together with the blue sky and all accompanied by Iranian traditional music provide a very pleasant atmosphere and an attractive architecture.
