This complex is located in an area of 2.7 Hec. And contains 57 individual villas in
different sizes and areas (1st. Phase ) and 52 rooms and 10 royal suites in the hotel main building. (2nd phase ).
The site has got an axis design and the main lane of the hotel which is stone paved leads to the hotel entrance in such a way that the perspective of the hotel and the roof rotating restaurant can easily be seen.
The complex has facilities such as sauna, indoor pool, shopping center, auditorium (cinema, theater, conference,...), various restaurants, traditional coffee shop (Baharestan) and beautiful beach with various water sport facilities.
